1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned with all original packaging, including any tags, certificates, and accessories.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Items that have been altered or resized.
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@GemLuxe.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. In such cases, GemLuxe will provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.
5. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you will have the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method: A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on GemLuxe.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@GemLuxe.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@GemLuxe.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
